If you're looking for a good old fashioned doctor, this is your best choice. She takes time to listen, and discuss your issues with a down to earth attitude. I've been with her for over 25 years and she hasn't disappointed me once.

I moved back home to San Antonio, Texas in 2010, and I needed a Doctor. So I picked Dr Melissa Kempf not knowing anything about her. She is the best Dr. I have ever had, and she knows that I will follow her to the end of the earth. When she first walked in I said are you old enough to be a doctor. She is exceptionally in her knowledge regarding any medical condition, professional, pleasant, but stern, respectful, and on my last visit I choose to drive to her instead of going to the emergency room. Boy! Did she get on me. She is a great Dr.

I went there for the 1st time today on my lunch break, not really any wait to speak of which is great! All of the front and back office staff were wonderful! The NP went above and beyond for me and came up with a great solution and I’m already seeing a difference! I have health issues and today wasn’t related, but with that being said I’ve been to A LOT OF URGENT CARE locations all around all of San Antonio and this is my best experience ever! If I have to go for any urgent care issues in the future, I will drive even out of my way for this practice. If I could give it 10 🌟’s I would!

I went to this urgent care for a suspected UTI. I’m not from Texas so I didn’t know anything about them. I can honestly say that they are one of the best urgent cares I have ever been to, for any reason. The staff was organized and friendly. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly to me, wasn’t rushing to the next patient.
