I absolutely love Dr Kempf. I’ve been with her for a LONG time. She’s very knowledgeable, patient, explains things & unlike most doctors, she talks to you. I recommend her to people all the time. Wonderful doctor!

Dr. Kempf is professsional, caring, patent and very knowledgeable. She always has your best interest in mind. She is current with insurance coverages so she lets you know what’s covered so your out of pocket is minimal. Her bed side manner is Great! Dr. Kempf is prompt with your lab results so if there’s something that is a concern she notifies you immediately.

A very professional office setting, friendly staff and a very clean place. Minimum waiting time, not crowded waiting room or overbooking, and they call you on time. Dr. Kempf spend the right amount of time with you and give you time for questions/explanations. She is very attentive and professional.

Love Dr. Kempf & her staff. Always friendly and professional. I've been with Dr. Kempf for 10+ years. She always talks out any issues so that the decision or outcome is what you (the patient) is comfortable with. Can't say enough good things.

I went there for the 1st time today on my lunch break, not really any wait to speak of which is great! All of the front and back office staff were wonderful! The NP went above and beyond for me and came up with a great solution and I’m already seeing a difference! I have health issues and today wasn’t related, but with that being said I’ve been to A LOT OF URGENT CARE locations all around all of San Antonio and this is my best experience ever! If I have to go for any urgent care issues in the future, I will drive even out of my way for this practice. If I could give it 10 🌟’s I would!

I went to this urgent care for a suspected UTI. I’m not from Texas so I didn’t know anything about them. I can honestly say that they are one of the best urgent cares I have ever been to, for any reason. The staff was organized and friendly. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly to me, wasn’t rushing to the next patient.
